- Great Gift Idea: The elegant outlook adds some feeling of design, with gift packaging to make this humidor a gift choice for any cigar aficionados, like your father, husband or boyfriend.
The first and most glaringly obvious feature of the Woodronic Humidor is its size. It’s like a small cabinet, with four drawers and a digital display located on the front of the box. But if you look deeper, there is a lot more to like about the Woodronic A5029.
Features
- Holds up to 100 cigars
- Four cigar drawers with dividers
- Digital Thermo-Hygrometer
- High-Gloss Rosewood Construction
- Shock Absorbing Hinges
- Tight Seal
- Tray and Dividers are Spanish Cedar
- Wide Storage
- One-Year Limited Warranty
Though a lot of Humidors come with glass somewhere on the device, this Woodronic Humidor features a glass door, allowing you to see inside so you can check on your cigars any time you want, without the need to open it up.
The gold-plated, digital, thermal-hygrometer features a key-access lock so you can keep the cigars secure within, unlocking it with a standard key when you’re ready. The digital display is very accurate, and the display is easy to read at any angle.
The trays are removable as well. If you’re not using one of them, keep it out and set it to the side so you have easier access, both visually and physically, to the cigars within. The entire interior is manufactured in Spanish Cedar, which is known for forming a good seal and holding in moisture.
The outside is polished rosewood, which makes an excellent, natural contrast. All Woodronic Humidors are handcrafted and designed for quickly and easily storing your cigars in a place where they won’t go stale over time.
Like many Humidors, the Woodronic uses crystal gel humidifiers to maintain the interior humidity. When you set up and season your Humidor, you allow the crystal gel pieces to absorb a good deal of water, then you seal them away within the device and let them go to work.
The magnetic seal is embedded in Spanish Cedar lining and is quite strong. Once the door is close to closing, you can feel the pull of the magnets. When it’s closed, the seal is perfect, and you can keep an eye on your RH levels without ever opening the door and disrupting the humidity levels.
Pros and Cons
It’s hard to argue with a handcrafted device that works as well as the Woodronic Humidifier. If your collection is larger than 100 cigars (most people don’t have that many), you might need a second one. Fortunately, Woodronic manufactures Humidors with more capacity as well.
This is a very secure cabinet, and the digital hygrometer is extremely accurate and adjustable. Some people like to keep their cigars at a higher humidity level, and some don’t, so everyone has a little leeway in terms of their preferences.
Pros
- Large capacity for a good price
- Spanish Cedar interior
- Antique aesthetic
- Solid warranty coverage
- Shock-proof hinges
- Beautiful design and layout
Cons
- When all three drawers are in, its difficult to see the cigars

Bottom Line
Woodronic handcrafts a significant number of humidors and you can tell that quality is paramount throughout their different designs. The Woodronic Humidor A5029 is a great choice for the mid-level cigar collector.
It holds up to 100 cigars, and both the digital display and hygrometer are highly accurate. If you need a place to store your cigars and avoid the stale taste that comes with age (as well as the potential for mold), this Woodronic Humidor is an excellent choice.
The Woodronic is a great option for a humidor with a larger storage capacity.
I have been smoking cigars for 30 years and counting, I started at 18 years old with mild Cubans and worked my way up to medium and now bold. I own 4 humidors, that I try to keep stocked at all times.
